At Enchanted Fireside we sell only industry-leading, high quality products. We also recognize that nothing lasts forever, accidents do happen, and at some point you will need repair service. To make the repair process as easy and affordable as possible, we’ll first try to solve your problem on the phone. If it can’t be solved over the phone, we’ll set a time for one of our NFI certified technicians to come to your house. We understand that your time is important, so we do as much diagnostic work upfront, asking important questions over the phone, so that when our technician arrives at your house he is prepared to get the job done as quickly as possible. Most repairs can be completed with one short visit, so our technicians always provide you with a complete recap of the work completed, and always leave your home as neat and clean as when they arrived.

Enchanted Fireside honors all manufacturer’s warranties and is an authorized dealer for the brands we sell and service. Our goal is to repair your stove, fireplace or insert on our first visit so our technicians are factory-trained in the latest repair techniques, and we stock the most common replacement parts.
